Wings of the Golden Star

I decided to draw myself a gift. I think I really need it, because I'm worried, and scared, at how fast my body is turning against me in a way I can hardly care for myself. So I decided to give myself hope, though it hurt to use my tablet pen at all, let alone 20 hours of work through stubbornness and determination. I'm seeing my doctor soon, so something will come of it, but the days only seem to get longer the closer it comes.

I'm okay, but I needed something...and it's rude to ask people for gifts. XD' So I made myself a new dragon character, Sundew, for my Thunderhead Heights world of dragons. <3 So here we have Sundew, flying in the grace of the sun as light spirits twirl about her as she flies. It's a long flight, and though her wings are tiring, she's determined to keep going, and the spirits encourage her on. I am, too. Things will get better, but until then, I'm having a proper reaction to all my uncertainty.

This was an amazing feat and I'm proud of this picture. I feel better emotionally, but my hand hates me, but it was so worth it. I needed this.
